• Drive resource planning and staffing
• Partner with companies to recruit top talent
• Oversee project delivery with a quality-first approach
• Conduct and train teams on technical interviewing
• Support engineering teams in complex project phases
• Guide team rotations to optimize performance



🖇 Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering/systems architecture
• Senior leadership experience (ideally as a CTO/VP of Engineering)
• Strong technical expertise with proficiency in multiple programming languages, ideally including experience with AI and machine learning
• Proven mentoring and interviewing skills
• English and Russian proficiency for global collaboration
