The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for bookkeeping. Reporting to the Supervisor his/her tasks will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

- Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for group companies;
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports in compliance with legal requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Prepare, submit, and file tax returns for group companies, including corporate tax, SDC, WHT, VAT, VIES, and GESY;
- Calculate payroll of employees( SI, PAYE, GHS), prepare, submit and file relevant monthly and annual tax returns;
- Interaction with public services, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies in Cyprus;
- Verify contracts, acts, invoices, waybills, and other source documents for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in any other related discipline;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position;
- Deep knowledge of accounting practices and local tax legislation;
- Proficiency in the English, Greek and Russian language;
- Proficiency in accounting software (E-Soft) and MS Excel; experience with 1C is a plus;
- Ability to work with multi-currency accounts;
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

IT Security Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. MDM Management
o Configure, deploy, and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions, for macOS, IOS, Android and Windows environments.
o Enforce security policies such as password complexity, encryption, and application restrictions.

2. Microsoft Entra ID
o Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), focusing on user identity, access management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
o Manage and secure integrations with cloud applications and services.
o Configure and monitor conditional access policies and multifactor authentication (MFA) to ensure secure access.
o Regularly review and update permissions and access levels in line with organizational policies.

3. DLP Configuration and Monitoring
o Develop, implement, and monitor data loss prevention (DLP) policies and rules to protect sensitive data across endpoints and cloud platforms.
o Conduct regular audits of DLP configurations to identify areas for improvement and minimize false positives.
o Investigate, document, and respond to DLP alerts, escalating incidents as necessary.

4. EDR Management and Incident Response

5. Support and Troubleshooting for Endpoints
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoints across MDM, DLP, EDR, and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for users both in the office and remotely.
o Diagnose and resolve security-related issues on endpoints efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
o Assist users with secure access to applications and resources, whether on-site or remote, and escalate issues as needed.

6. Jira Administration (Preferred)
o Manage and maintain Jira environments, ensuring secure configuration and access control.

What You'll Do:
• Own and maintain all Databricks-based data pipelines, from ingestion to transformation to delivery
