Your role:
β€” Active outreach & development of global B2B clients
β€” Lead calls & negotiations with executives (including C-level)
β€” Offer tailored digital solutions (not just sell features)
β€” Drive full-cycle deals: from discovery to signed contract
β€” Collaborate with tech/pre-sale teams
β€” Represent us at demos, expos, and events

You’re a great fit if you have:
βœ… Experience in B2B sales with long cycles (tech/digital preferred)
βœ… Solution-based selling mindset
βœ… Fluent English (C1+)
βœ… Understanding/interest in AR/VR/AI, Digital Twins, digital training
βœ… Strong network in Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, etc. β€” a big plus
βœ… Experience entering new markets or launching new products β€” extra points

Your mission:

What we’re looking for:
βœ… 5+ yrs B2B sales (IT outsourcing or enterprise tech preferred)
βœ… 2+ yrs experience managing both sales & marketing teams
βœ… Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, content, events, ABM)
βœ… CRM & automation tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
βœ… Data-driven, strategic mindset with excellent leadership skills
βœ… English β€” Upper-Intermediate+
βœ… Experience in global markets & strategic partnerships β€” strong plus
βœ… Bonus if you’ve launched new products or entered new markets
