Operations Manager (People / Admin / Corporate / Automation) at Finery Markets
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Off-site (Limassol) Employment: Full-time
Reports to: COO
Mission of the Role
Your mission is to make the internal engine of the company run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. You will own and operate across four core areas: People, Admin, Corporate and Automation, and to ensure that internal operations are organized, reliable, and future-proof. You’ll be both hands-on and systems-minded, turning chaos into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
— Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding
— Maintain HR documentation and internal knowledge base
— Support performance review cycles, employee surveys, and engagement rituals.
— Take ownership of onboarding kits, internal guides and team processes.
— Organise annual off-site team-building event
Administrative Operations
— Oversee internal admin workflows: vendor coordination, contractor onboarding, invoices, reference letters, etc.
Manage logistics of equipment, accounts, tools, and access
— Collaborate with legal, finance colleagues on operational requests.
— Keep administrative documentation clean, centralized, and accessible
Corporate Ops & Compliance
— Maintain up-to-date corporate records: director data, shareholder docs, company registers, powers of attorney.
— Track deadlines and processes around company projects and filings.
— Coordinate with legal counsel on corporate documents, DDs and data rooms.
— Support company readiness for DDs, investor processes, and internal audits.
Automation & Internal Tools
— Identify, implement, and maintain automation flows for recurring tasks using tools like Zapier, Airtable, n8n, Slack Workflows, Make, Google Apps Scripts, etc.
— Build and maintain internal dashboards, tracking progress and performance of ops processes.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
— 2+ years experience in an operations / admin / business ops / project management role at a rapidly growing startup or tech / finance company.
— Hands-on ownership mindset: you can both execute and improve what you own.
— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep things clean, clear,
and on time.
— Fluency in basic automation tools and use-cases with AI automations
— Comfortable working with documents, internal processes, and diverse
stakeholders.
— Experience in fintech, crypto and/or tradfi (investment firms, VC funds) industries
— English B2+ or higher
Nice-to-have:
— Experience in fintech, tradFi and/or
— Familiarity with SQL requests, Zapier, Make, n8n and AI APIs
— Ability to document and optimize processes across teams.
