Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement a tailored and effective Crypto AML Program in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, aligning with best industry practices and standards.

Skills and Experience Required:
A strong background in AML compliance with several years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
Leadership and management experience, including coaching, performance assessments, and annual reviews.A deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, including knowledge of various cryptocurrency types (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).Familiarity with cryptocurrency operations.

1️⃣ Head of Accounting
Mission: Deliver full-cycle, accurate accounting and consolidated financial reporting across 20+ group entities in Cyprus and internationally. Ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial data in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years as Head of Accounting in international holding structures (IT, Fintech, GameDev, AdTech strongly preferred)
✅ Strong expertise in Cypriot GAAP, tax law, and international compliance
✅ Hands-on experience with consolidated reporting and financial data accuracy
✅ Ability to work with large data volumes and navigate complex reporting structures
✅ Attention to detail, accountability, and high personal engagement
✅ Languages: Fluent Russian & English (Greek a strong plus)
📍Mandatory relocation to Cyprus. Hybrid work setup with regular office presence (Limassol)
2️⃣ CFO
Mission: consolidate financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and lead the transformation of finance across the holding.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a CFO in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction holdings
✅Deep knowledge of IFRS, Cypriot taxation, and financial consolidation
✅Hands-on approach: ability to dig into details, validate reports, and set up processes
✅Experience building or restructuring finance teams
✅Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
✅Extensive Cyprus experience (without a “local-only” mindset — flexibility and business agility are key)
✅Languages: Fluent Russian & English (Greek a strong plus)
📍Mandatory relocation to Cyprus. Hybrid work setup with regular office presence (Limassol)
