πRequirements:βοΈ We are looking for someone who is already in Cyprus and can start as soon as possible
βοΈ 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
βοΈ Advanced in english, russian or ukrainian will be nice to have
βοΈ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
βοΈ Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
βοΈ Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment.
βοΈ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
βοΈ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
βοΈ Acute attention to detail.
**π Work Schedule
**βοΈ Monday to Friday (5/2 schedule)
βοΈ Flexible start time: 8:30β17:30 or 9:00β18:00 (to be agreed upon)
π Office located in Kato Polemidia, Limassol β right near the BMW/MINI Showroom.
