πResponsibilities:
βοΈ Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, such as Internet, transportation, and catering companies.
βοΈ Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of required services such as orders of goods, drinking water, coffee, tea, snacks and other necessary office supplies,c
βοΈ Collaborate with the IT department to manage office equipment, including ordering, delivery, maintenance, and replacements.
βοΈ Maintain office efficiency by planning and procuring office supplies and merchandise.
βοΈ Develop and oversee the office budget, including expense forecasting and tracking.
βοΈ Partner with the HR team to update office policies and assist in onboarding new team members.
βοΈ Prepare work setups for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
βοΈ Liaise with property management to ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with business park requirements.
βοΈ Provide operational assistance for in-house or off-site events.
βοΈ Coordinate with event management teams to ensure seamless execution of activities.
πRequirements:
βοΈ 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
βοΈ Advanced in english, russian or ukrainian will be nice to have
βοΈ Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
βοΈ Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
βοΈ Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment.
βοΈ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
βοΈ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
βοΈ Acute attention to detail.
