Sales Manager (IT Sector)
Location: Wrocław / Warsaw

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work with both B2B and B2C clients in the IT sector and promote services offered by our business incubator. If you have strong communication skills, experience in sales, and want to grow in an international environment — we’d love to meet you.
💼 Your tasks:
- Acquire new clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare offers, and close deals.
- Cooperate with internal teams (service, marketing, legal).
- Analyze the market and competitors to improve our sales strategy.
- Monitor client satisfaction and look for opportunities to upsell services.
📌 What we expect:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C), preferably in IT or professional services.
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian is required. English/Polish B1+. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and organize your tasks.
