Who we're looking for:
We're on the lookout for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to take charge of our office operations, ensure everything runs like clockwork, and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the whole team.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the office: ordering supplies and equipment, issuing equipment to new team members.
- Organizing business trips: booking transportation and accommodation.
- Welcoming clients and guests: greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
- Coordinating with courier and service providers to ensure smooth office logistics.
- Overseeing office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Handling invoices and general office documentation.
- Making sure office equipment is working properly and efficiently.
- Assisting management with administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Supporting the organization of corporate events and internal initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian, with strong communication skills in Polish and English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask effectively.
