We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your existing portfolio of active IBs (Introducing Brokers) and Partners to make an immediate, positive impact on our revenue growth. Your expertise in FX & CFDs, strategic sales approach, and proven ability to cultivate and expand partner networks will be critical to our continued success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with IBs and Partners.
* Drive significant revenue generation through your established network and new business acquisition.
* Utilize deep market knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and expand our market reach.
* Forecast sales performance accurately and deliver against ambitious targets.
* Negotiate and close high-value partnership agreements.
* Provide exceptional service to partners, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to optimize partner performance and satisfaction.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments within the FX/CFD space.

Essential Requirements:
* Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role within the FX & CFD industry.
* Existing Portfolio: Demonstrable track record with an active and successful portfolio of IBs and Partners.
* Strategic Sales Acumen: Strong skills in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and consistently delivering revenue results.
* Negotiation & Closing: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
* Client Focus: Outstanding customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
* Personal Drive: Highly dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
* Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as an active team member.
