We are looking for an experienced, motivated and result driven Business Development Manager. You will need to have an existing client base and to make a positive impact on revenue immediately.
Responsibilities
✔️Responsible for generating new business from your existing portfolio of IBs and Partners
✔️Responsible for monitoring of IBs and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance
✔️Assist and manage IBs and Partners with their queries, delivering an exceptional level of service and customer satisfaction
✔️Create a daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline of potential IBs and partners
✔️Report your daily activities, achievements, and feedback to your senior and direct management team
✔️Responsible for planning offline marketing events and seminars to provide continuous support to your existing portfolio of IBs and Partners, and to attract and generate new business to maintain increased sales growth
✔️Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies and ethics
Requirements
📌 An excellent understanding of FX & CFDs and at least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development role
📌 Existing portfolio of active and successful IBs and Partners
📌 Strong and strategic planning, forecasting, and delivering of sales and revenue generation results
📌 Strong selling and negotiating skills.
📌 Client focused with excellent customer service skills.
📌 Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and have strong desire to succeed
📌 Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
