Almond Recruitment, in partnership with our FinTech client, is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join their Limassol office. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights, driving forward-thinking strategies, and contributing to the company’s ongoing success and innovation.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Collaborate with the product team to analyse customer behaviour and engagement on our platforms.
Provide recommendations for improving user experience and engagement
Plan and execute A/B tests and other experimentation to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
Stayup to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure marketing strategies remain cutting-edge.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
1-2 years proven experience in marketing analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Looker)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to cross-functional teams
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering data-driven results
Fluent in English
Russian language is an advantage
