Responsibilities
Oversee and manage client relationships
Establish and nurture enduring relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
Gain comprehensive insight into clients’ financial goals, capital, and investment expectations
Maintain consistent, organized communication at all stages of the client journey
Promote trust, openness, and a consistently high level of service
Conduct preliminary due diligence on prospective clients from a reputational and KYC risk standpoint
Facilitate the client onboarding process in collaboration with Compliance and Risk teams
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks (including Cyprus and EU MiFID II requirements)
Keep client records, documentation, and CRM data accurate and current
Translate client goals and investment instructions to the portfolio/investment team
Present and explain investment strategies and decisions developed by the investment team
Gather and communicate structured client feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
Manage client expectations with respect to risks, time horizons, and potential outcomes
Review all client-facing materials to ensure precision and consistency
Address client inquiries, requests, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
Uphold strong ethical principles and consistent service standards
Assist in enhancing and refining client service policies and procedures
Maintain effective working relationships with custodian banks, partner banks, and product providers
Collaborate with internal and outsourced Compliance and Risk teams where applicable
Support corporate brand positioning through high-quality client interaction

Requirements
At least 5 years’ professional experience within wealth management, private banking, or asset management
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant professional qualifications (such as CFA, CAIA, or similar) will be considered a plus
Sound knowledge of wealth management practices and advisory frameworks
Practical experience operating within a regulated EU / MiFID II environment
Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with sophisticated clientele
Confidence in handling complex client discussions, including managing and appropriately declining requests when necessary
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively alongside investment and control teams
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong personal accountability
Composed and resilient when working in high-responsibility, high-pressure environments
Well-developed judgment and a strong sense of ownership
Long-term, relationship-focused mindset
Fluent English at a professional/business level
Knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be considered an advantage
