Senior Vue.js Frontend developer| remote

We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC since 1964. Our vision is to make the first Digital Ecosystem in the region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one platform.

We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join the Motor team at qic.online, with solid experience in Vue.js, Nuxt, and building high-engagement user-facing applications.

Ideal candidate:
• At least 4 years as a frontend developer
• Proficient in Vue.js 2/3, Vuex, Pinia, Nuxt 2/3
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Experience with Vitest/Jest for automated testing
• English B1+

• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year
• Probation period – 3 months
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
