We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC since 1964. Our vision is to make the first Digital Ecosystem in the region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one platform.

Currently, we are looking for a CRM Engineer who can support transition period, secure post-go-live support, and further enhancements as a technical expert in Creatio.

Ideal candidate:
• 3+ years with Creatio implementation, configuration, and support
• Programming background ( C# or PHP)
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies and AI tools
• English B2+

What we offer
• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year
• Probation period – 3 months
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
