For our new project Padel Club 🥎 in Paphos we are looking for OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (Manager of the club)

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations (padel, cafe, bike shop)
• Manage supplies, equipment, and stock
• Create and follow up on staff schedules
• Ensure cleanliness and high standards across the park
• Handle documents, reports, and internal tasks
• Communicate regularly with the team and management
• Solve day-to-day issues and support visitors on-site


Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an administrator, floor manager or coordinator
• Experience working with suppliers, staff and documents
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle stress
• English is a must; Greek is a plus
• Confident with computers and basic office tools
