We are looking for **Café Manager for INEX CLUB
**
📍 Limassol
📅 Full-time (5/2, mostly morning/day shifts)
💶 €2,200–3,000 gross (based on experience) + quarterly bonuses
🍽️ Meals included
📄 Migration support

🔹 Responsibilities:
- Manage staff schedules (baristas, kitchen, cleaners) and team spirit
- Hire, train, and lead a strong, motivated team
- Ensure top service quality and clean, welcoming space
- Handle supply orders, stock levels, and local suppliers
- Track daily revenue, costs, and reports
- Solve guest issues and maintain great atmosphere
- Oversee equipment condition and café maintenance

🔹 Requirements
- 2+ years in HoReCa, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong people skills, responsibility, and calm under pressure
- Experience in hiring and team development
- Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a plus)
- Passion for food, coffee, and café culture
