**INEX GROUP looking for CFO

Key responsibilities:
• Financial and business support
• Lead zero-based budgeting cycle, financial planning and controlling
• Apply critical thinking to every business process
• Interaction with tax authorities and external auditors (BIG-4 company)
• Be a business partner to CEO, take investment decisions, set up the project and cost controlling
tools over investments
• Manage working capital, propose ops excellence and optimization projects
• Conducting commercial analysis / financial modelling for M&A targets
• Coordinating all M&A DD workstreams
• Preparing financial models and marketing materials
• Leading on negotiations with M&A counterparties and potential equity investors
• Reporting to CEO and shareholders.

Required experience:
• At least 6 years in Corporate Development / Big 4 / Corporate finance
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A processes from financial model / presentations to terms
negotiations / documentation / closing stages
• Experience in real estate and technology sectors is preferable.


Successful candidate’s profile:
• University degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics/Management
• Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) and Russian
• Attentiveness, excellent commutation skills, management skills
