Financial Manager

**Responsibilities:
**-Monitoring and controlling operational and project-related expenses
-Comparing actual costs with budgeted figures, analyzing variances
-Preparing regular management reports (monthly/quarterly)
-Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes
-Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
-Collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data by department/project
-Supporting financial management in decision-making

Key requirements:
-Higher education in finance
-English and Russian languages, Greek is a plus
-Experience in finance 2+ years
