📍 MEDvidi is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer
🌐 Remote | Full-time | Contract

MEDvidi is a fast-growing US-based telehealth platform transforming lives for thousands of patients dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. With over six years on the market, we are scaling further and design will be at the forefront of our next chapter.

What we’re looking for:
⚪ 5+ years in Product Design (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio of user-centric solutions
⚪ Fluency in Russian and B2+ proficiency in English
⚪ Experience in product-led companies (not outsourcing or agencies)
⚪ A strategic mindset - you understand how design influences user behavior and business outcomes
⚪ A strong cultural fit, demonstrated by: focus (saying no), transparency (proactive communication), ownership (you own the initiative until its done in full), evidence-based decision making (you will get challenged to provide data, research, or logical arguments to support your conclusions)

What you’ll be doing:
1)Initially, work closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand identity across all touchpoints, starting with a refined and matured version of our brand
2)Transition to product design, collaborating with one or two product teams to create user experiences that effectively drive user behavior
3)Improve our design system to ensure high quality of standardised components while allowing quick iteration on new elements
4)Co-create processes in the User Research and Design area to ensure highest quality with high speed of execution
