О роли
L1 Support Engineer - первая линия технической поддержки.
Основная задача - оперативно реагировать на обращения от внутренних и внешних пользователей, локализовать проблему и при необходимости корректно эскалировать её DevOps-инженерам или разработчикам.

Обязанности
Приём и обработка обращений через Telegram, Slack и email
Первичная диагностика: выяснение сути проблемы, уточнение деталей у пользователя
Работа по инструкциям: поиск ответов на типовые вопросы в базе знаний
Локализация проблем: определение, к какому компоненту или сервису относится инцидент
Базовый troubleshooting инфраструктуры: проверка логов, состояния сервисов, конфигураций
Эскалация на L2/L3 (DevOps, разработчики) с подготовленным контекстом проблемы
Заведение задач и багов в трекере при необходимости
Поддержание и обновление базы знаний и инструкций

Технические требования
Опыт работы с системами мониторинга и логирования
Умение читать и анализировать логи (Grafana, Kibana, Loki)
Базовая локализация проблем (сеть, DNS, подключения к сервисам)
Базовое понимание Kubernetes: kubectl logs, kubectl describe, kubectl get
Понимание конфигурации приложений: Helm values, ConfigMaps, environment variables
Умение проверить environment variables и конфиги, специфичные для конкретной системы/проекта
Troubleshooting на уровне инфраструктуры (доступность сервисов, состояние нод, ресурсы)
Свободный английский (от б2)

Опыт работы с Helm
Знакомство с CI/CD пайплайнами
Понимание микросервисной архитектуры
