Эскалация на L2/L3 (DevOps, разработчики) с подготовленным контекстом проблемы

Поддержание и обновление базы знаний и инструкций
Технические требования
Опыт работы с системами мониторинга и логирования
Умение читать и анализировать логи (Grafana, Kibana, Loki)
