We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client Abeta Capital (https://abeta.org/) a company that provides clients with financial (investments in the public securities market, investments in non-public companies and information services (business consulting) is looking for a Finance manager to join their team

✍🏼 Responsibilities:
Developing accounting policies, including investment accounting. Monitoring external accountants and communicating with them, uploading accounting documents and contracts to a common server, checking tax calculations (income tax, VAT, etc.).
Organizing and monitoring audits.
Preparing monthly management accounts for company owners.
Making payments under contracts and tracking receipts on invoices.
Studying and preparing all incoming and outgoing contracts.
Developing and implementing KYC and AML policies, assessing counterparty risks, maintaining the completeness and relevance of KYC documentation.
Debt instrument analysis (optional)

✍🏼 Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in audit companies, consulting, investment
Education: higher finance, economic
International certification in finance would be a plus
English language - B2 and higher.

Their goal is to become the most convenient bridge between Web2 and Web3, looking for a Senior Business Development manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Partnership Development: Expand the company’s partner network to drive sales growth.
Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a strong industry presence.Β 
Product and Service Expansion: Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and customer feedback.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive business development strategies.Β 
Metrics and Reporting

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales or similar role within the IT sector. Experience in fintech, ad networks, hosting, marketplaces, or SaaS businesses is a plus.
Proven existing network of perspective leads for our product.
Fluent command of English. Russian and additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to attend conferences and other sales-related events internationally.
Communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Results-oriented mindset, analytical skillsΒ
