💫 Business Development manager 💫
Our client - a fast growing fintech product focused on crypto payments. EU-authorised platform that offers multi-currency processing, enabling one-time and recurring transfers, automated mass payouts, seamless fund conversion, and accountant-friendly reporting— all within a single platform. Their goal is to become the most convenient bridge between Web2 and Web3, looking for a Senior Business Development manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Partnership Development: Expand the company’s partner network to drive sales growth.
Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a strong industry presence. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the fintech ecosystem.
Product and Service Expansion: Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and customer feedback.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive business development strategies. Align efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development efforts. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable insights.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales or similar role within the IT sector. Experience in fintech, ad networks, hosting, marketplaces, or SaaS businesses is a plus.
Proven existing network of perspective leads for our product.
Fluent command of English. Russian and additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to attend conferences and other sales-related events internationally.
Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
