Reconciliation Specialist**
**
Responsibilities:**
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of settlements with payment partners and providers.
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and initiate resolution through collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Work on the automation of reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with the PSP team, analytics team, and finance department.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in payment and transaction reconciliation (preferably in fintech, trading, or digital entertainment).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Power Query is required; SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of payment systems and banking operations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• English level B1+ (email communication and documentation review).
