Financial Specialist (Crypto & Fiat Operations)
Company: Inktech
Location: Limassol, CY
**
Responsibilities:
1. Cryptocurrency Operations:
• Execute cryptocurrency payments and manage the company’s crypto wallets.
• Conduct regular monitoring and verification of cryptocurrency wallets to ensure transaction accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor cryptocurrency rates, analyze volatility, and prepare forecasts.
• Ensure wallet security, manage private keys, and interact with crypto platforms and exchanges.
• Analyze news and trends in the cryptocurrency market to assess their impact on the company’s financial activities.
• Regularly update internal cryptocurrency risk management policies to mitigate potential risks associated with crypto transactions.
• Prepare reports on cryptocurrency asset movements, tracking incoming and outgoing transactions.
2. Fiat Payments and Financial Operations:
• Process fiat payments through banking and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, etc.).
• Ensure operations comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Manage the company’s financial flows, ensuring timely payments and account funding.
• Maintain payment registers, prepare payment documents, and liaise with banks and payment providers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience working with cryptocurrencies and/or in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of crypto wallets, blockchain platforms, and exchanges.
• Proficiency in banking payment systems and experience working with fiat currencies.
• Understanding of security principles in cryptocurrency operations.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Relevant experience in the crypto trading industry will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office/G Suite.
• Russian and/or Greek: highly desirable;
• A passion for technology, with hands-on experience in corporate systems or a desire to learn productivity tools and various workflow systems;
• Strong administrative/organizational and time management skills.
