About the company
WeExpert is part of the Euvic group, providing IT solutions, consulting, and outsourcing services worldwide. As part of our IT outstaffing division, we help international companies find top professionals and build strong IT teams.
We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to help us source and hire IT specialists for outstaffing projects, strengthening our team with highly qualified professionals.

Responsibilities
-Sourcing IT specialists for outstaffing projects (development, analytics, DevOps, QA, etc.)
-Working with the internal candidate database + active external search (LinkedIn, job portals, networking)
-Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team
-Maintaining the candidate database, working with internal systems and reports

Who we are looking for
-Experience in IT recruitment (at least 2 years in outstaffing/outsourcing)
-Strong knowledge of the IT market, technologies, and recruitment specifics
-Active sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
-English proficiency B2+, Polish B1+ (for candidate communication)
-Attention to detail, ability to multitask
