Qualitative Analyst Researcher

🌐Schedule: full time, remote/hybrid (Cyprus).

🔗Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with respondents - conducting online and offline interviews and play-tests using facial coding.
2. Designing research methodologies.
Interacting with clients to coordinate project milestones and discuss research findings.
3. Analyzing interview and play-test results.
4. Analyzing data using an internal system of audience facial recordings.
5. Creating reports in pitch format.


💪Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sociology or Marketing.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/UX research (agency or business side).
3. Preferably experienced in conducting full-cycle qualitative research and play-tests.
4. English proficiency level of C1+.
5. Analytical abilities: ability to formulate hypotheses, structure information, and identify patterns in data.
6. Experience in game development would be a huge advantage.
7. Advanced PowerPoint skills, ideally experience with pitch presentations.
8. Public speaking skills for presenting reports.
9. Skills in writing reports based on research findings.
