We are on the lookout for a Algorithms Analyst (radiophysicist) to join our dynamic team at Wayvee!

🎾Wayvee - real-time Customer Satisfaction analytics.
The next frontier in Retail Analytics – no camera, just insight. We have created technology that detects spatial and physiological characteristics of individuals using radar waves (privacy-based tool). Having obtained a provisional patent, we are currently testing our product in initial stores in Cyprus and the USA.

🏆Our distributed team of approximately 60 individuals is focused on key functions: Algorithms & Machine Learning, Discovery Laboratory, Hardware & Embedded, Neuroscience, Software, Product & Delivery, People Partnership & Administration

🚦Location of the vacancy: Limassol (Cyprus) or Wroclaw (Poland)/remote worldwide (except Russia and Belarus).

💪What needs to be done in the near future:
-Actively participate in the development and debugging of a human activity measurement system using FMCW radar;
-Assist in the development, planning, and conducting of experiments on focus groups to confirm the feasibility of the measurement method;
-Participate in discussions and present your work in the form of reports/presentations;
-Perform basic data processing of the data obtained from transceiver devices.

💡Required Skills and Experience:
-Basic knowledge of wireless signal transmission theory. Experience working with FMCW devices;
-Skills in assembling, debugging, and tuning radio electronic devices;
-Ability to participate in scientific discussions, generate, propose, and defend your ideas;
-Experience in developing and programming devices using microcontrollers (ATmega and similar);
-Knowledge of microwave technology, antenna devices, calculation methods, and modeling;
-Knowledge of mathematical analysis: Fourier transform, convolution, autocorrelation, window transformations, spectral characteristics of signals;
-Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
