Quantitative Analyst Researcher

🌐Schedule: full time, remote or hybrid.

🔗Responsibilities:
1. Conducting full-cycle quantitative research using facial coding:
2. Developing the design of quantitative research.
3. Interacting with clients throughout the research process.
4. Preparing research tools.
5. Working with online panels to recruit respondents for tests.
6. Analyzing research results.
7. Processing data using an internal emotional response data analysis system.
8. Creating reports in Pitch and resenting them to clients.
9. Contributing to product and methodology improvement through:
10. Formulating R&D hypotheses. Preparing comprehensive R&D research designs.


💪Requirements:
1. Higher education, preferably in sociology or marketing.
2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing/UX research (in an agency or business environment).
3. Experience in conducting full-cycle quantitative research.
4. Report writing skills for presenting research findings.
5. Analytical skills: ability to formulate hypotheses, structure information, and identify patterns in data.
6. Experience in game development and testing game creatives is a strong advantage.
7. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with experience in Pitch preferred.
8. Public speaking skills for report presentations.
9. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
