Head of Affiliates, Location: World
Format: Remote
Employment: Full-time. Key Responsibilities
— audit and improve the current affiliate strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets

— review the current revenue share, CPA and hybrid models and optimise it to meet the KPI's

— manage team (hire, educate and motivate) to achieve business goals

— provide regular analysis and reports

Requirements
— 3+ years in affiliate marketing with experience on the Head position

— analytical, data-driven and result-driven approach

— at least B2 level of English
