Corporate Advisor (IP infringement )

Responsibilities:
- Legal support in IP related matters, including, inter alia, trademark disputes, cancellation of trademark registrations, as well as registration of copyrights and assignments agreements as well as IP infringement litigation;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complaints, claims and lawsuits, as well as contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to the above issues and disputes;
- Legal research and analysis of the above issues to ensure compliance with relevant IP laws, regulations, and industry standards;
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks associated with IP projects, transactions, and disputes.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree in law
- Proven experience as an IP lawyer with a focus on trademark and copyrights disputes and related representation in IP infringement litigation.
- Strong knowledge of IP laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
English language proficiency of at least B2+ level
