We are developing iGaming platform with interesting and complex architectural solutions.

Tech stack:
PHP 7.4/8, Symfony 6.4+, Percona MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Nuxt.js, SSR, Jenkins


😎 For this position is important to have:
—Solid background in the back-end development
— Good knowledge and experience with technologies and tools that are described above
— Experience with high-load projects
— Experience in refactoring a monolith
— Understanding of the service-oriented architecture
— 2+years experience as Tech lead/ Team lead
—Expertise in agile methodologies, lean processes, and engineering quality standards
— Skills to manage a large cross-functional team
— Experience mentoring and developing team members
—Strong leadership, communication and conflict management skills

🤘 Your future responsibilities and challenges are:
— Architect, design, and maintain technical solutions on the platform
— Enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code
— Investigate, propose, and implement technical solutions for business needs
— Translating high-level project requirements into actionable technical tasks, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and system design
— Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements
— Identifying and mitigating technical risks through proactive assessment of dependencies, scalability concerns, and potential bottlenecks
— Managing the team of BE/FE developers and QA specialists (20 people)
— Participation in strategic planning and setting goals for the team
— Mentor and support the professional growth of the team
— Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable
