**⚡️Lead Employer Brand Manager

Tasks&challenges:
- Partner with the HR Team and business leaders to clearly define our employee value proposition;
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, including brand messaging and campaign management, to support Employee Experience activities;
- Implement internal communication strategy to ensure employees are well-informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s goals and values;
- Deliver engaging internal and external communications content
- Implement strategies to inform and engage employees at all levels;
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as online events, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Conduct market &competitors research.
- Collaborate with CEO and HRD to ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels;
- Take part in rebranding project.
- Support change management initiatives by providing clear, timely and transparent communication during organizational changes.
- Manage the employer brand team.

About you:
- 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding in IT;
- Proven track record in Employer Brand development;
- Experience in developing corporate social media;
- Skills in strategic thinking and planning, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Creative thinking;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Experience in leadership roles will be a plus.
