Communication Designer — What You’ll Do:
● Tell engaging stories visually;
● Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop visuals for promotions, campaigns, and product launches;

The Skills and Experience You Bring:
● 3+ years of experience as a Graphic designer or in a similar role;

Bonus points if you have:
● Experience with Webflow/Tilda/Framer;
● Knowledge of any 3D software, ideally blender;

We have the privilege of working closely with a team of highly skilled professionals, including designers, sales managers, and business analysts.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience with NLP and LLMs
- Familiar with technologies: Python, SQL, Pandas, Django, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Sklearn, PyTorch, Transformers, Git, BitBucket, CI / CD, Docker, OpenAI API, Airflow, BigQuery
- Knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms and metrics
- Experience implementing machine learning models in a production environment
- Familiarity with software development and delivery processes. Understand the key steps involved
- Can generate clear and achievable goals for machine learning tasks/projects
- Experience working with big data and systems to process it
- Know how to use data analysis to identify insights and patterns that can help solve business problems
- Knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms and metrics
- Experience implementing machine learning models in a production environment
- B2 English level, fluent Russian
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms
- Transfer machine learning models from development to real-world application
- Compare different approaches to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with customers to identify their problems and opportunities for solving them using machine learning tools
- Develop algorithms for recommendation and ranking systems
- Develop intelligent assistants
- Keep models and instructions for language models up to date
It will be a plus:
- Experience in applying hyperparametric optimization techniques to improve model performance
- Ability to monitor models in production
- Experience in the full ML model delivery cycle: from data collection to delivery to production and continuing support; understanding of the technical background of deliveries

Work Experience
● Web and mobile application testing, including cross-platform testing (iOS, Android) and cross-browser testing;

● Creation, execution and support of test artifacts (test cases, test plans);
● Functional, regression, integration, load and smoke testing smoke-testing.
3. Work with microservice architecture:
● Testing of microservices and interaction between them;
● Develop and execute tests for APIs and integration tests between microservices.
4. Integration testing with external services:
● Testing of integration with external services, including payment systems, AML systems and other services;
● Verification of correctness of interaction and data processing from third-party services.
5. Work with admin panels and BO (Back Office) systems:
● Testing of main interfaces and functionalities of admin panels.
6. Test automation:
● Development and support of auto-tests;
● Creation and support of automation scripts for separate parts of WEB-application (Unit tests);
● Support and improvement of CI/CD processes to ensure stable and fast release cycle.
7. Analyzing and reporting:
● Analyzing test results and reporting on test passes (TestRail);
