We are looking for a highly skilled Trading and Risk Team Lead to manage our risk and trading operations at a multi-asset CFD brokerage. You’ll oversee trade execution, risk management, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily trading operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades
- Lead the team, ensuring top performance and continuous growth
- Manage and implement effective risk management and hedging strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Analyze trading performance and risk metrics, providing valuable insights and reports to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth trading execution

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in trading/risk management in CFD or multi-asset brokerage
- 2+ years in a senior or team lead role
- Strong knowledge of financial markets (CFDs, forex, equities, etc.)
- Proficient in MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, or similar platforms
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian, upper-intermediate English
