🔹Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Evaluate and manage financial risks
- Lead the accounting, finance, and back-office team and promote a culture of excellence
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and regulatory authorities
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes

🔹Qualifications:
- Advanced English and Ukrainian proficiency
- Ability to work from Cyprus
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role as Chief Financial Officer or Head of Finance
- Experience in systematising or building budgeting processes, strategic planning, implementing budget controlling tools
- Experience with IFRS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus
