Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily trade operations and order flow, ensuring efficient and timely execution across various asset classes.
- Provide insights and reports on trading performance and risk metrics.
Manage and optimize trading platforms and dealing operations;
- Oversee risk management procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards;
- Conduct commercial analysis to improve trading performance;
- Lead trading team, ensuring high performance and collaboration;
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
**
Requirements:**
- 4+ years in a dealing/risk role at a CFD or multi-asset brokerage, 2+ years in a senior/team lead position.
- Deep understanding of CFDs, forex, commodities, indices, and equities.
- Strong expertise in risk management, hedging strategies.
- Experience with trading platforms (MT4/5, cTrader, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and quick decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Upper-intermediate English; Fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus will be a plus but not a mandatory.
