We are on the lookout for a passionate HR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our HR processes and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
•HR Process Development: Maintain and continuously develop HR processes across the entire HR cycle, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
•Recruiting: Lead and manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization’s talent needs.
•Culture Development: Foster and enhance the company's culture by organizing online and offsite corporate events that promote team collaboration, engagement, and a positive work environment.
•Team Communication & Retention: Work closely with team leads and department heads to understand their needs, increase retention levels, and promote a cohesive and productive team environment.
•Payroll Participation: Collaborate in the preparation of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of employee compensation.
•Talent Engagement: Conduct regular HR talks and feedback sessions with employees to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.
•Policy and Compliance Management: monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
•Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and employee engagement.
•Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher.
•Fluent in Russian.
•Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field (preferred).
•Strong communication and organizational abilities.
•Proficiency in HR tools and software.
•Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
•Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
