🎯 Main Activities and Responsibilities:
• Configure MT4 and MT5 groups and perform routine monitoring tasks to ensure system performance
• Establish and implement comprehensive trading policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Oversee the FX and CFDs trading portfolio to ensure operations within approved limits, policies, and procedures
• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with trading operations; develop and implement risk management strategies
• Generate regular reports on trading activities, risk exposure, and performance metrics for management review
• Hands-on experience with bridge providers, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for seamless operations
• Obtain FX pricing from liquidity providers, monitor margin levels, and manage relationships to optimize liquidity
• Quote, confirm, and transmit client trades in line with company policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Facilitate swaps and corporate actions as required, ensuring efficient and accurate processes
• Identify and respond to possible fraudulent or abusive trading activity to protect the company's interests
• Troubleshoot trading issues and liaise with appropriate teams for timely resolution
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform trading strategies and maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks, including stress testing and scenario analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trading activities
• Train and mentor team members on risk management practices and keep them informed about market trends and regulations

📊Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience (references might be requested)
• Extensive knowledge of trading systems, platforms (MT4/5), liquidity aggregators, etc.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Affiliate Management:

•Set the professional standard for deliverables, behaviors, and outcomes
•Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy
•Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates
•Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure maximum ROI
•Provide affiliates with marketing materials, campaign guidelines, and performance feedback
•Handle affiliate program inquiries, support issues, and disputes

- Media Buying:

•Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across various platforms
•Negotiate and purchase advertising across different media channels

•Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for media buying

- Analytics and Reporting:

•Track and report on affiliate and media buying campaign performance metrics
•Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
•Generate regular reports for senior management on affiliate and media buying activities


🌈 Requirements:

•3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role
•Proven experience in the forex industry
•Fluency in Russian is required
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools
•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
