🚀 Main Activities and Responsibilities:
•Craft and implement top-tier marketing strategies to significantly boost customer acquisition, retention, and financial growth
•Lead the formulation of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives
•Manage all facets of marketing operations including branding, advertising, digital campaigns, content management, and customer engagement
•Employ analytical rigor to harness data-driven insights for optimizing marketing campaign efficacy
•Foster robust collaboration across various departments such as product development to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
•Innovate and refine marketing approaches and channels, staying ahead of industry shifts to enhance return on investment
•Define and track critical performance metrics to gauge marketing strategy effectiveness
•Allocate and oversee marketing budgets judiciously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
•Stay well-informed of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions and •maintain a competitive advantage

🎯 Requirements:
•At least 3 years of proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership role within the financial sector (FX or similar), with significant experience in start-ups
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
•Experience working in start-up environments and navigating the challenges and opportunities of fast-paced, high-growth organizations
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive profitability and deliver measurable results
•Strong strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities, with a knack for translating business visions into successful marketing initiatives
•Proven experience managing substantial marketing budgets effectively to deliver expected results
•In-depth knowledge of fintech market trends, competitive scenarios, and consumer behavior
•Ambition and passion for innovation and driving transformation in the fintech space
•Fluency in Russian and English languages is a must
