🚀 Main Activities and Responsibilities:
•UI Design: Create captivating designs for mobile and web platforms
•UX Design: Develop user journeys, streamline navigation, and optimize usability
•Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate designs
•User Research: Incorporate insights from user research into design decisions
•Visual Branding: Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency
•Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and responsive
•A/B Testing: Collaborate on A/B testing to optimize design elements
•Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and marketers
•Communication: Present and communicate designs to the organization
•Digital Design: Create graphics, banners, and promotional materials

🎨 Requirements:
•5+ years in Product or UX/UI design roles for mobile and web applications
•B2C sector experience, fintech preferred
•Strong content design background
•Experience with usability studies and UX research
•Proficiency in design tools (preferably Figma)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Adaptive thinking and ability to pivot
•Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira & Confluence) is a plus
•Excellent writing and presentation skills
•Fluency in English (mandatory), Russian (desirable)
•Comprehensive portfolio showcasing design expertise
