• Coordinate the annual audit of financial statements, working closely with external auditors (2 different teams)

• Manage the fund's cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring cash balances.

• Optimize the fund’s capital structure and financing strategies.

• Preparation of FATCA /CRS reporting for the Funds and LPs (annually)

• Luxemburg and Cayman CIMA regulation compliance and reporting 
• Standalone Luxembourger tax forms preparations (income taxes and VAT for Funds and GP) 
• Cayman substance rules regulation and reporting preparation 
• Various regulations requests from Funds AIFM, Transfer agents and Administrators

Qualifications: 
• Fluent English 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the private equity sector or experience in an audit/accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software, ERP systems).

Проводить обучение моделей и оценку их производительности.

Писать документацию к моделям.

Ожидания:
Уверенное владение Python и SQL (классический аналитический стек + ML).

Опыт с лучшими практиками разработки программного обеспечения, включая контроль версий, тестирование и непрерывную интеграцию.
Опыт работы с ML: Scikit-learn, CatBoost/XGBoost, PyTorch или TensorFlow.
Понимание жизненного цикла ML-моделей.
Умение оборачивать решения в микросервис (FastAPI, Docker).
Умение работать с оркестрацией ML-пайплайнов (например, Airflow).
