✅ Обязанности:
- Разработка и внедрение стратегий по привлечению и найму квалифицированных кандидатов
- Разработка и оптимизация процессов отбора, включая составление описаний вакансий, проведение интервью и оценку кандидатов
- Активный поиск кандидатов через различные каналы
- Проведение интервью и оценка квалификации кандидатов
- Руководство и наставничество команды рекрутеров

- Разработка и внедрение стратегий по продвижению бренда работодателя
✅ Требования:
- Минимум 3 года опыта в рекрутинге, из которых не менее 2-х лет на руководящей должности
- Продвинутый английский (знание греческого будет вашим преимуществом)
- Обширный опыт на всех этапах процесса найма, от поиска до адаптации
- Владение системами управления кандидатами (ATS) и другим рекрутинговым программным обеспечением (People Force)
- Сильные аналитические навыки с возможностью мониторинга, анализа и отчетности по метрикам найма

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Systems and Network Manager to join our family office in Limassol.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including both wired and wireless networks, as well as providing technical support and ensuring the security of our systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of network equipment, operating systems, and security protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing wired and roaming wireless WiFi networks for 50+ users.
- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Ubiquiti and Mikrotik network equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, IPsec, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT, VPN, and SIP protocols and services.
- Experience with access control systems, Hikvision video systems, and Ajax alarms.
- Ensuring redundancy for network equipment and critical communication channels, including configuration backup and recovery.
- Working with suppliers for the procurement of office equipment and managing inventory.
- Assembly, modular repair, and upgrading of computer equipment.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS at the administrator level.
- Experience in installing operating systems and restoring operations after critical failures.
- Installation and configuration of office software.
- Backup and recovery, as well as data encryption.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within an IT company.
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
Administration of Jira/Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring security systems are operational across several locations, including access control systems, Hikvision video systems, and Ajax alarms.
- Setting up and supporting the corporate office network.
- Maintenance of office computers and equipment.
- Procurement and inventory management of equipment, including coordination with service providers.
- Providing technical support to the company's employees, including remote support.
- Managing MDM, credentials, group policies, and access rights.
- Creating instructions and policies for the team and users.
Nice to have:
- Experience with additional network equipment brands and software.
- Certifications in network and system administration.
- Experience in project management.
Knowledge of additional languages.
