Ключевые задачи:
• работа с базой Клиентов (AMO CRM, mango);
• выполнение плана по количеству договоров;
• встреча и проведение экскурсии для потенциальных клиентов согласно регламенту приема, обучающихся в ОАНО «Фанскул»;
• ведение договорной работы и прием оплат;
• ведение табель учета рабочего времени сотрудников и прочей документации;
• контроль чистоты и соответствия филиала стандартам FunsCool;
• активное участие в подготовке и реализации детских мероприятий.
 
Требования:
• степень в области образования или степень магистра предпочтительна;
• опыт работы в качестве администратора учебного заведения или на аналогичной должности;
• знание административных процессов в школе или готовность быстро получить эти знания;
• опыт работы с международным персоналом и клиентами;
• уровень знание английского языка не ниже B1;
• дружелюбное и компетентное общение в институте и за его пределами;
• опыт использования IT-продуктов для управления расписанием является преимуществом;
• готовность к обучению и развитию навыков
 
Условия:
• заработная плата - 1200 € в месяц на руки + 200 € KPI;
• рабочий график: 5/2 с 8.00 до 18.00 (суббота, воскресенье – выходные);
• имеется разрешение на работу или паспорт ЕС/Кипр;
