Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of products within the designated geographical area (Russia);
Develop customized retention strategies to meet client needs effectively;
Formulate product development strategies that account for local market nuances;
Define key metrics along the user funnel, including site loading speed and user flow requirements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance;
Prepare the region for large-scale advertising campaigns as per specified criteria;
Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor analysis and understanding of target audience needs;
Identify growth opportunities within the region and devise corresponding strategies;
Monitor the user funnel from ad click to initial engagement, optimizing where necessary;
Analyze payment methods prevalent in the region and oversee their integration into the user funnel;
Prioritize tasks within the regional team to ensure efficient execution.
Monitor the effectiveness of player acquisition channels and assess their performance;
Implement growth strategies based on identified opportunities within the region;
Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position;
In-depth knowledge of iGaming industry metrics and trends, with the capability to leverage them effectively;
Ability to anticipate trends and translate them into product development strategies;
Capacity to break down global strategies into actionable departmental tasks;
Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing resources efficiently;
Demonstrated ability to effectively organize teams, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively;
Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
