Our rapidly growing IT company is looking for a responsible Office Manager with a few years of experience in a similar position in Cyprus to join our Limassol team. If you feel that this position if for you, please send your CV to [email protected]
📆Duties and responsibilities
• Organizing and maintaining filing system (electronic & hard copies)
• Registration of incoming and ourgoing correspondence (scanning and filing of the documents)
• Providing support to the management team and CEO (Scheduling meetings & appointments, drafting presentation, travel arrangement)
• Assisting HR department with obtaining resident permits for the new personnel
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide general support to visitors & employees
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
📇Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Excellent command in oral and written English is the must, (Knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be an advantage)
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
• Attention to detail
• High level of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
