We are looking for a OFFICE/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT to join our team in the Limassol office.
👨💻Duties and responsibilities:
- invoicing and filing
- dealing with office admin tasks
- assistance to finance and operations team
- assistance to the CEO
☝🏻Requirements:
- minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position
- fluent English, knowledge of Russian and/or Greek will be advantage
- knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- hands-on experience with MS Excel
- attention to details
- high level of responsibility
- ability to work independently and as part of team

- Confident experience with BI/PivotTables and other analytics systems;
- Analyzing and refining monetization mechanics, pricing strategies, and upselling techniques;
- Ability to analyze visible indicators of competitor products and the market as a whole, trends;
- Ability to compare user cohorts to each other and mark deviations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for internal and external collaboration;
- Capable of making tough decisions quickly and effectively;
- Creative approach to identifying growth opportunities and solving complex challenges
