✅ Responsibilities:
Consequently, the Delivery Manager responsibilities consist of 4 following parts:
Project Management Responsibilities
✔️ Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders
✔️ Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks
✔️ Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is ✔️ Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc)
Stakeholder Satisfaction Responsibilities
✔️ Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them
✔️ Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail)
about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.
✔️ Facilitate decision making
✔️ Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback
Team Management Responsibilities
Performance of a manager is almost entirely a performance of his team, while any manager is supposed to be ready to run his own projects and initiatives (see the

✔️ Control that the team members execute their project management and stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities well
✔️ Manager should know in details and control the capacity, assignments, loading and plans of subordinates and make sure that the team resources are utilized in an optimal way
✔️ Provide regular specific feedback to team members and support team members growth
✔️ Establish knowledge sharing in the team
Program Management Responsibilities
✔️ Lead dev team resource planning for your stream
✔️ Handle scope changes for the stream
✔️ Provide reporting for the stream progress
✔️ Support Head of Delivery in Quarter Planning
✔️ Be first escalation points for the project issues in the stream
✅ Requirements:
Ideal candidate to the PMO Team should have a combination of the following skills:
✔️ Project control and execution
✔️ Change and stakeholder management
✔️ Clear communication appropriate for audience level
✔️ Conducting effective meetings
✔️ Design business processes:
✔️ Advanced written and spoken English is required
Experience
✔️ Working experience in team management/project management/operational excellence or related to those areas,
ideally in the software development/technology/data-related industries.
