Hi there!
We are looking for a App Store/Google Play accounts manager to join our BRO team.
✅Requirements:
✔️Higher education in marketing, information technology, or related fields;
✔️Experience in managing mobile app releases or a similar role for at least 2 years;
✔️Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
✔️Knowledge of English and, if possible, other languages for working in international markets;
✔️Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

✅ Responsibilities:
✔️Planning and coordinating the release of application updates in the App Store and Google Play Store;
✔️Updating screenshots, descriptions, and other marketing materials in accordance with the requirements of the application stores;
✔️Monitoring and managing communications with the App Store and Google Play, including handling feedback and managing tasks based on messages from the stores;
✔️Requesting and collecting necessary documentation from legal and compliance managers to comply with application store requirements;
✔️Responding to application rejections (rejects), preparing and sending justifications and necessary changes for resubmission;
✔️Working with texts, editing and localizing them for various markets;
✔️Tracking user feedback in the App Store and Google Play, monitoring the application rating, and tracking support inquiries. Compiling reports on this activity to analyze and improve the user experience.
