We are looking for multitask candidates with higher education and practical experience in finance who are also ready to handle questions related to bank compliance:
🔹3+ years of experience in audit/management reporting or related areas.
🔹Experience in corporate administration sphere is appreciated.
🔹Perfect command of Russian (both oral and written), cover letter to CV in Russian is appreciated.
🔹Good command of English (both oral and written).

Responsibilities:
🔹Coordination of payments in the company's client’s payment platform:
- making sure all supporting documents are correct and up to date;
- checking if payments are within the budgeted limits and are duly executed;
- bank cash balances reconciliation.
🔹Participation in clients’ budgeting and reporting:
preparation of consolidated data on performed bank transactions necessary for periodic clients reporting and annual budgets;
participation in quarter plan/fact analysis
🔹Liaising with banks, auditors, corporate administrators:
- Oral and written communication with Russian-speaking clients on all issues related to the operational matters of the foreign structures in various jurisdictions.
- Supervising of the compliance and KYC requests.
- Support of the clients during new bank accounts opening process.
- Support of the audit procedure of the foreign companies.
- Communication with banks and company’s administrators on various questions arising during payment process.
🔹Managing internal matters (invoicing, database).

🔹Full corporate support of the foreign structures (companies, trusts, foundations), including:
- Managing and supervising of liquidation procedure of the foreign structures.
- Drafting, reviewing, and arranging execution of the corporate documents, including board resolutions, annual meeting documents, memorandums and articles of association, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing, and arranging execution of transaction documents, including share-purchase agreements, loan agreements, set-off agreements, services agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure, etc. with oversight from legal team
